Shipping Policy 

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, ALL ORDERS MAKE TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE. 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE & OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75!

 

Processing Time

Orders typically take up to 2-3 business days to be processed, but in some instances, it may take 3-5 business days. 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days excluding holidays, sales, and weekends.

Express orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1 business day.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

 

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

 

Tracking My Order

 

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you’re tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF

 

APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post-marked delivery!

 

Please contact us about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Hey Gyal Hey diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Please allow 7-10 days after items have been delivered to process your store credit or exchange, if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions. If the item is NOt returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
